Job – Person Competency Workshop

This two days programme will provide skills that will enable leaders, supervisors, HR practitioners, and individuals with the ability to identify and match their own or subordinates competencies with that of the job. The right person for the right job or the right job for a person will ensure excellent Performance (the bottom line) and work satisfaction, this is what matter most.

Strategy is the way an organization seeks to achieve the vision and mission they set with the involvement of people, resources and processes. Usually when there are problems, the first budget to be cut will be HR. But, Performance Management that uses Balance scorecard (BSC) framework and process knows that HR is part of the overall strategic plan within the framework that helps organizations translate strategy into operational objectives that drive both behaviour and performance.
